The Henry Heating and Cooling team is our go to regardless if it is regular maintenance or a situation in which we need someone after hours or weekends they put our comfort as their priority!!

We live in Canton and are very happy with their service. We previously were loyal miracle customers but their service has diminished over the past years. Henry has done a great job with our plumbing and HVAC needs. We recently had a capacitor go out on our ac. One quick call and they had a technician out and had put ac working on short order. I called at 5pm on a Wednesday. AC was back online by 6.

The people who work here are very friendly and do a fantastic job! If you need anything from emergency fix to just a casual installation, they are definitely the company to call.

The Henry Heating team is outstanding. I enjoyed working with Jeff to learn more about the right products for my home. The installation team was very professional and met all of their deadlines. It was a great experience!

I called for a routine backflow prevention device inspection - required by our water provider - Aqua Ohio. Our serviceman - Rick Gallagher - arrived on time - introduced himself and immediately put booties on his shoes to protect our home. He was in uniform, well groomed, polite, and knew what he was doing. Having been in the service industry for over forty years, I know what to look for in a company representative. Michael Booth was our serviceman. He arrived about 6:30am on Christmas Eve.-Cheerful & ready to go! He had it fixed very quickly. Diagnosed issue within minutes. He was professional & knew what he was doing! Super pleasant.
